Rated 3 out of 5 by from Rates for filing on your own are way too high I could have filed with H&R block and it wouldn't have cost me much more if not less than the $217 it cost me to do it on my own. Other than that it was pretty easy. So much for the free filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review Had an issue with a return being rejected, but that was no fault of Turbo Tax. In fact, Turbo Tax made it very easy to correct and resubmit taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I am rethinking using these services for next year I like the ease of Turbo Tax. I only started using this service because a relative using it. THe first issue I had is with a refund amount I qualified for, but didnt receive for 2021. I thought it was strange. I don't know how to correct that in Turbo Tax. Secondly, I went to pay with my credit card for the 22 tax filings and Turbo Tax charged and then credited my card. It would not let me pay with my credit card. The only option i had was to letall filing fees be taken from my refund. This is not what I wanted to do, but saw no other option!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Extremely disappointed with TurboTax this year Non-stop self-promotions that I do not want. If I say 'no' or 'skip' them once, that should be enough. Very little opportunity to change things, such as payment options or efile vs print and mail, as there have been in previous years. I don't think that I'll use TurboTax again next year. Extremely disappointed in the updated format this year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Aggrevating bugs There are two bugs that kept coming up in the Federal Review Process. 1) We had no Royalty income, zero was defaulted, kept trying a blank as a workaround, but kept coming up. Entered the blank workaround at the final review and it was accepted. 2) Kept asking for an aggregation statement between personal returns and K-1 information, even though there was no aggregation between them. Finally just entered a statement that this was a TurboTax bug and it was accepted.
