Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Tax Processing experience ever this is/was one of the best experiences in processing my returns. TurboTax straightened out all of the twisted tax talk and made it simple to find my return complete in under two hours. It would have gone quicker if I had turned off my phone when I started. Still, I was able to go have a pleasant conversation with my wife and kids afterward without fear of failure on this tax return, and without being rude to them from my own bad mood. Thank you for such a smooth process. I look forward to this next year, more so now that I have some tips and tricks to make it even better in 2023

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Free Edition is aweseome! I tried two other software packages this year to do the free tax filing option. By far TurboTax was the easiest and true to their word...Free! I appreciated the upfront advertising for free and true to the word that it would be free when it was time to file.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Last year’s Return was wrong Last year was filed with a $2900.00 refund, was accepted and got the confirmation email. Several days later mail from the IRS says that was incorrect and we owed . Sent a message on here trying to find out what happened and never got a response. Yet on here it states I still got a refund (I didn’t), just an fyi I guess, it’s free so I can’t do anything about it and I owed again this year, but was at least expecting a reply back last year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Akward to use - not very intuitive - no pun intend I really dislike the software, but was unable to use the software I used last year. I don't like that you can't easily edit items and can't see the IRS schedules until paid and completed. I may continue to use it, but not thrilled. I may try another software next year - my taxes should be much easier next year.
