Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use Very intuitive. I've used Turbo Tax to file taxes for myself, my daughter, and my father-in-law for years. It gives me confidence that it everything is done accurately.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still needs work While the user interface is slick, and they are now able to import our bank data directly (which was not the case previously, and is worth the price of admission). this year they were not able to import our w2's directly (unlike previous years). One of the more egregious errors was trying to review our return, the software kept insisting that on a WORKSHEET the city and zip code were unreadable and would continue to insist that this was the case even after ir wa reentered, did I say that this was a WORKSHEET? Also the continuous shilling for their new banking? service was relentless as was the upsellling of their products.
