Rated 3 out of 5 by from Got charged for "services" I did not want. I was charged for services I did not want and could not remove them. I had opted out of max benefits and it appears that I was charged anyway. Since I procrastinated filing, I bit the bullet and filed anyway because I don't have time to dispute or start all over. The deadline is here.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Crytocurrency tax product is awful. Need as Inves Need to have a cryptocurrency section in download version. Just like normal stocks, bonds, mutual funds.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good program, needs a few tweaks. The program and help info are very good. One suggestion is to move the IRS IP Pin section to personal info or some where else more obvious instead of hidden in Other Tax Situations. It is not a tax situation, it is identity theft issue and you should ask it early on and get it out of the way. If I was assigned an IP Pin last year, won't I always get one annually? If so, The program should know I got one last year, so ask the question for the current year so I do not have to go through the exercise of fixing a rejected e-filing. At a minimum it should show up in the review as a possible error.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was very fast and efficient for me. I have used TurboTax for the previous 7 years. My wife and I are seniors and we appreciate the ease of use. The opportunity to review and/or update info is extremely helpful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Expensive and annoying, but somewhat useful TurboTax's ability to save info and upload info using pdfs is great, but its not as helpful as it should be for the price. I paid TT half of my tax return just because I couldn't add my expenses if I didn't upgrade to premium. All things considered, I think I might take the time to do my taxes myself next time.
