Rated 2 out of 5 by from Instructions not clear, no real crypto support I had trouble figuring things out from the vague instructions. Also, there is hardly any crypto support. H&R Block and TT are top of the line software...can't they support crypto like Koinly does? I also have had better experiences with compretitors.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You're never completed No matter how many people look over your forms you're never done even when it says you're done. No mater how many people you have go over it you have to keep calling back because it always finds something else. Why don't they just stay with you until it's finished? They don't put you through to a cpa and they don't tell you they're not a cpa. When the person finally admits they don't know what they're doing they put you through to a cpa (after hours of trying worthless suggestions) then you have to start over with the cpa then they have to hang up on you because if they help you (like the ad says) they claim then that they've done your taxes for you (?) even though you're the one doing it (?). ALL (most all) of the people that I spoke with that tried to help were exemplary even though the software, company, and policies are horrendous. I'm spending the money on h&r block next year. This is too painful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from FINE UNTIL RANDOM STATE TAX ISSUES KEPT POPPING IN WORKED FINE. I KEEP GOOD RECORDS SO IT WAS FAIRLY EASY. WHEN WE GOT TO THE TAXES SECTION, IT KEPT TRYING TO TELL ME THAT I HAD OUTSTANDING STATE TAXES - BUT I LIVE IN A STATE WITHOUT THEM, SO TO GET IT TO STOP I NEEDED TO SAY I PAID NO TAXES IN OREGON. WEIRD

I had a problem logging in due to TurboTax kept saying they could not find a 2021 filing, even though I have been filing through TurboTax for many years. Finally let me get in, no idea why. It toke me way too long to finalize filing. may have been because of no finding 2021 filing.
