Rated 2 out of 5 by from Changes that are not good This was the worst experience with Turbo Tax. I have used the product for 30 years. It was difficult to navigate and there were a few frustrating sections that did not have a "back button" so I had to refill information. Overall it is still a good product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Charge you for every little thing They charged us the same fee twice, plus forced us to upgrade to deluxe to enter a 1099. Then they charge you $40 just to pay the fee out of the small refund we did get back. Too many fees for the simple stuff we had

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax online TurboTax was doing really great until the review, then it decided some of my 1099 info had not been entered and doubled my income on Schedule E. Julia was excellent in assisting me in determining what to delete to correct the problem and stayed with me until all was well and filed. Thank you, Julia!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Sure About Coming Back Seems like it gets more expensive each year for little to no reason or gain. The form was completed fine but this is the most I've ever paid for the service and I didnt use any of the extra features because it wasn't necessary. We'll see if I return, hopefully something better pops up.
