Rated 1 out of 5 by from FEES HAVE GOTTEN OUTRAGEOUS PROBABLLY LAST YEAR USING THIS SERVICE, FEES ARE RIDICULOUS NOW AND CAN GET PREPARED LOCAL FOR LESS. FORCED TO USE A DIFFERNT VERSION AND CAN NOT CHANGE. NO AGENT AVAILABLE TO HELP.

As my life has grown and changed - from children, to divorce and finally retirement - this tax software has handled every twist. This year I had a technical question and the help desk was prompt, knowledgeable and upbeat.

This is my eighth year using this product and, although it's a lengthy process to do your taxes, Turbo Tax has helped me get a tax refund using deductions and tax breaks that I didn't know I could use. I would highly recommend it to everyone. [I also know several accountants who recommend it to their friends. ;) ]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from no way to undo applying to estimated taxes I accidentally applied my state refund to next year's estimated taxes and tried to find the screen to undo that applied amount. I finally found it but it never updated properly despite several attempts, so now I have $400 of credit towards next year and not refunding to me.
