Rated 5 out of 5 by from LIVE help was great. HOWEVER new software clunky! The new software format seems slower and cumbersome. Trying to find specific locations to go back to requires unecessary searching and scrolling. Plus it's slow in processing. I realize it's new and part of it is that we as customers need to learn new things BUT this updated software from previous years seems to have gone BACKWARDS. It took me over 9 hours this year on TurboTax and I believe your old software would have taken me 1/2 that time. I did call a few times for LIVE assistance and when I got to a Tax Expert they were really helpful and the online screen share worked very well. So thank you for the LIVE Assistance! For 2024 I hope you revisit the software and go back to a faster, more user friendly system. Otherwise we will look for a different service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Online Help was great I am self employed, which brings its own complications. Add to that, this past year saw us have my work vehicle totaled in an accident. TurboTax's online specialist worked patiently with me as I had to go back and review and correct a few mistakes. I typically would have to pay over $400 for this type of service. The help and ease of use is well worth the cost, having the almost instant access to a specialist is the icing on the cake.
