Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy peasy I've used TurboTax for years. Very easy but you'll have to concentrate and follow and answer all the questions. I forgot a deduction so I chatted with an expert and was instructed to do the Amend process after my filing was accepted. Amending both Fed and State was very easy too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Easy and (almost) Fun! This year, when I used Turbo Tax, the interfaces were super smooth and not as clunky as they had been in previous years. ItsDeductible was intuitive and quick. I love that all of my info from previous years was right there, and I think the paycheck (refund) I got was well worth the 2hrs 12 min (the amount of time Turbo Tax said I would need!) Never had such an excellent hourly rate!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Works well for federal taxes, not the states The state does not work well in the online version. You can't see the forms as you input. If you make a change, the software seems to make the change but all the previous work entered is still in the system which causes errors. To make changes you essentially have to start over. I had to completely delete my state form and start over 4 times. Frustrating! Rejected by the state for the fourth time!
