Rated 1 out of 5 by from no support for 2021 Efile after attempting to efile 2021 return and receiving a message that I need to apply an upgrade which was advertised on another site I spent 2 days trying to accomplish this. Finally spoke to a live agent (very friendly and attentive to solving the issue which she encouraged me we could resolve) had to report to me that the message for update was not accurate
