Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is able to provide direct, intelligent, Turbo tax is able to provide direct, intelligent help. The forms pop up after you input key words , etc. This is very direct and helpful. Can't really do that on IRS free file I would think. For example with health savings accounts; it is only Turbo Tax that knew what forms i needed right away after my inputs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not worth the misinformation I contacted customer service asking about the version of software I needed. That person was very helpful until after the fact when I found out the info was incorrect. I paid for the software and my sister filed her taxes then I was told the software was for only 1 person. I don't want to waste my time in going into detail with this review. But I paid close to $300! I absolutely I will NOT use this program again. Yes i tried contacting someone regarding this but the darn computer that we are all forced to deal with before they allow you to talk to a human being worthless.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from What happened to Turbotax Turbotax was so easy to use and most of all economical. What happened? They try to upcharge you all the way to the end. At this point I rather go to someone local or try one of the many other options out there.
