Rated 1 out of 5 by from I will Never Use turbo tax again Made me upgrade $100+ right before I went to file and put all the work into my return, tried to upsell things every step of the way with add ons. Youre better off paying someone to help. I would have had a much better return if someone else would have helped me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Twice the cost; half the value I purchased Turbo Tax 2022 for Mac when it was first available in late 2022. I paid the fee downloaded the software as I have for MANY years. Then in March of 2023 when I tried to use the software, I was told (by the software and by Intuit) that my computer could not run the software ... that software that I had DOWNLOADED and PAID FOR!! Turbotax refused to reimburse my fee because "you should have asked for a rebate in November 2022. To file my tax returns, I had to use the online Torbotax app; which I had to pay for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from too expensive forced to pay extra plus 100 dollars due to some nonsense about 1099B only filed with premier. the cost is only 30% less than a CPA. Zero help and had to enter info by hand. Standard deduction should never require this level of cost. They tricked me this year but never again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I thought you were great but you charged me I paid for free and then at the end you charged me 120. It was supposed to be free!! I have to report this to the board because I just did last year's 2021 and received the lowest refund ever, I was supposed to get 6,000 and received only 1700. I have to ammend them now. I am shocked! This has never happened to me with you guys and because I had to file late I paid 160-180... that's on me. But missing almost all my refund wrong and now you charged me 120 when it was free until tomorrow. This is not right!! This should be resolved.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not please I clicked on Free file and before I knew it I was charged 59 to file my federal, on top of already having to pay. I had to start a new account because I didn't realize that I had a rejected efile and I couldn't start over and fix my mistakes. I have been with you for about 10 years and this years experience was the worse and I will NOT use your program again. I had to create another account and was forced to use my work email to be able to file my taxes this year. I am unsatisfied that even talking to customer service she was unable to help me with my issues and try and help make it right.
