Rated 1 out of 5 by from Seems to be getting worse, Taxes Rejected Twice! I have used Turbo Tax to fil for the last several years and it seems like this year was the worst. I recognize that the company is attempting to streamline the process and that the government is ultimately responsible for the policy changes, however there is lil guidance for these requirement changes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Tool, A Few Small Suggestions Overall really appreciate the design! Love the animations and the indicators of where I'm at / how much more I have to do. When notified to fix things at the end it would be awesome to hyperlink back to the page I can edit. I also kept being told I had successfully filed my returns when ... I hadn't. Last minor side thought - I think the animation uses 117k as the example of an AGI, just thinking that most people using TurboTax probably make less than that? I don't know, I was just guessing that six figure earners might often pay someone to their taxes and if that's true maybe bump the example number down so our tiny egos feel a little better about how much we make. Hahaha. Thanks again, really wonderful tool!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live is Incredible! The TurboTax Live service is a huge timesaver! I was honestly dreading doing my taxes so I tried the service for the first time this year and am so glad I did. Todd (tax assistant) and Julie (tax expert) were so incredibly kind, easy-going, helpful and knowledgeable. Julie answered all of my questions and even went beyond just filing my taxes to share helpful resources with me as well as offer her time AFTER filing my taxes to answer any follow-up questions I had. If possible, I would love to work with exclusively with Julie moving forward. If it's feasible for you, I would absolutely recommend the TurboTax Live service if you want to remove the hassle and headache of filing your taxes on your own. You'll be so glad you did.
