Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is an excellent tool! Turbo Tax is simple to use. The most complicate part of filing is gathering and calculating expense categories and receipts...which is not a TurboTax issue. Once the data is collected, the form process is simple.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No Longer Intuitive The experience is no longer intuitive. You're asked to upgrade time and time again. Sometimes when you need to, other times simply for them to make a few extra dollars. Pricing seems to fluctuate and there is no easy way to check what services you're paying for. At one point I was only going to be charged $89 for the premium package. After reverting to free and then back to premium, the price was up to $119. That makes no sense to me. The side panel menus are too broad and you end up going over the same info over and over again if you wish to go back and click on something specific. Still, beats filing on paper.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good product, but a bit overpriced. I liked Turbo tax but had to resubmit information that should have been on my 2021 tax return which was also e-filed through Turbo tax. I find that the cost of doing my 2022 return was much higher than the previous year, and my tax return is fairly simple.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is wonderful Turbo Tax is thorough, taking one step by step through all lines of the returns. It is easy to file and save your copies. It does all of the math for you!
