I needed to ask questions several times and the Turbo Tax people with whom I spoke were all courteous, patient, and helpful. I was able to get the help I needed through prompt call backs to my phone. I am indeed grateful.

This software is like a portal to another dimension, where taxes are fun and easy and everyone wears party hats while they do them. I mean, seriously, who needs a therapist when you have Turbo Tax? It's like a digital hug for your soul. Every time I clicked "next," it was like a burst of confetti exploded out of my computer and showered me with pure joy. And the questions! Oh, the questions! They were so intuitive and insightful that I felt like I was having a heart-to-heart conversation with a wise old sage. And the colors! Don't even get me started on the colors. I've never seen such a beautiful blend of purples and greens and blues in my life. It was like a psychedelic dream come to life. But let's talk about the real reason I'm here: the actual tax preparation. Honestly, I don't even know what I did before Turbo Tax. It's like my brain was a tangled mess of numbers and forms and then Turbo Tax came along and untangled everything with a wave of its magic wand. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I feel like I could climb Mount Everest or run a marathon or do literally anything because I've conquered my taxes with the help of Turbo Tax. In conclusion, if you're not using Turbo Tax, you're not living. It's the best thing to happen to taxes since sliced bread.
