The FAQs and information available withing the form itself is great, and it's great to actually be able to talk to a tax expert to walk through anything i'm not sure about. Today I talked with Rita (Tax expert in Indiana) and she was just absolutely wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I knew I was in really good hands and that I was submitting a good return. Very grateful for her help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally took taxes into my own hands I've been paying someone else to do my taxes for years, simply because they are so horrible, intimidating, and something I would gladly ignore! Thanks to crazy inflation, etc, we decided to be more cost conscious this year. So instead of paying someone to do my taxes in January (as in all years past), I put off doing my own until April 2. Thanks to TurboTax, it was one painful hour, made pretty darn easy. I tried them ages ago and was still confused, so I was delighted to see how friendly and easy the process has become. Glad to be done of it all!
