Each section is clearly explained with side notes that offer explanations. Overall, the website is simple to navigate. I get email/cell updates...I have zero issues and have used Turbo Tax for years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Surprise Costs Unfortunately due to a 1099-B I had to pay for this year's service. Frustrating, but I guess understandable. What I really had a problem with was the quoted price of $69 the whole way through the process to on the last page before filing a surprise additional $44 for "premium services". Next year I will be doing my taxes by hand after this rug pulling scheme by TurboTax.
