Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Premier is hard to decipher NQSO info. I have to go through multiple hoops to get information about how to effectively enter NQSO cost basis. It should not be this difficult since TT is expected to be intuitive.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good price but very slow paging. Several issues loading and downloading. Lots of delay or having to re-enter to move to subsequent pages. Much slower paging response than any previous years and I have been using TurboTax for more than 10 years. Also had to have support help to use credit card for transmission of state taxes, twice. Not the most user friendly version this year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not very user friedly (#1) Much too difficult to e-file Federal return and not state at same time. I had to get an answer from the "community". Make it more straight forward. (#2) Not clear and actually confusing when Schedule C expenses hit their Federal limit. When that happens, the accumulating total goes to "0". That cost me a few hours on the phone with support until I got to a 3rd person who knew the answer. Here is a suggestion, when you hit the Schedule C federal limit for expense, put out a pop-up that states "you hit the expense limit" and then do NOT zero-out the accumulating total.
