Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't Like Attempts to Add Fees I really did not like using Turbo Tax this year. I thought my return was a simple return, with basic income and unemployment income. Turns out it was not what they consider a simple return and I was forced to pay $129 to file. Then, every time I try to move forward with the next step in filing they want to try to snare you to add more additions or "features." It's nonstop asking you to add something else for more money. If I wanted to pay a tax expert, I would pay a tax expert!!! I know exactly how to do my taxes, even with home ownership and savings and child tax credits. I don't need or want to pay anyone to do my taxes because I know darn well exactly what I am doing. So, that was my experience. Then my return was rejected, both federal and state. HAHAHA. I had to go through AGAIN after a long day at work to fix the mistakes Turbotax and their 'expertise' did not catch. So much for Turbotax being the best. It was the best nightmare in filing taxes. And it still cost me $129. SMH.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very User Friendly and Informative. Excellent Experience, Turbo Tax provides the info needed to put your mind at ease. They know they stuff! My only issue was the price i paid to file. In years pass I never paid such high amount.
