Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Tops turbo Tax has the resources needed to do your own taxes. I needed extra assistance and was contacted within a few minutes on the last day to fill in the morning, but it took an hour when I was working on it at 8pm. I still think that is great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Great But....... Software needs upgrade to populate more info from previous year's filing. Such as - 1. Instead of asking whether annualized convention was used or half-yearly convention was used last year. Filers do not usually remember this, so why can't TurboTax retrieve info and populate & asked if this is what filer wants to sue this year? 2. Also, it would be nice if we can print the screen shot of certain summaries as well as comparison with previous year as we are going through the data entry. Thank you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not even sure all is correct I do taxes with Turbo Tax for both myself and my partner. Some deductions affected his return, but not mine. I am no longer self employed this year, but do have income property, so not even sure the product I used was correct (Would not let me change from self employed, of course would certainly let me pay more for MAX, which it asked me to do multiple times throughout the process! Almost missed filing deadline because I cannot get verification codes on my phone from intuit, not sure why, but apparently nobody's fault! Tech suppport said to turn off 2 step verification! (It was not on) Basically they told me I should give up security for access, seems like extremely bad trade off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is actually amazing! I struggled a ton with trying to figure out complex tax issues and was helped in more ways than I could imagine. I was on the phone with a rep that did EVERYTHING and I truly mean EVERYTHING in her power to help me through the tax process. The website also offered a simple display with help along every turn of the way. Exceptional.
