That being said, there are small annoyances like not being able to do "control+F" to find words on a page, no one-click contact customer support, having to re-enter credit card and bank account information, and sometimes the inability to avoid mailing in forms.

I thought this would be the most challenging year to prepare my return because I took an early withdrawal from my retirement account under COVID-19 provision. The software made it easy to navigate through this. The software remains great with alerting me to knew tax laws and regulations, and alerting me to applicable tax credits.
