Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is NOT worth it! Despite having a very accessible interface, TurboTax does not offer the best tax support - especially for those in the lower income bracket. To access any of Turbo Tax's desirable features you have to pay an added fee which weighs heavily on those who already have a lower income!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from False Claims I have never had to pay for turbo tax as active duty military. I was shown no options and forced to pay the entire refund amount in processing fees. I attempted to speak to a representative, but was told I did not have a qualifying package. Then I was charged the exact package they claim I did not have. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not What it used to be I watched my father use QuickBooks and TurboTax for over 25 years. TurboTax was by far the most affordable, useful, and the best price by far. That is why I also used it ever since I started working at 18. I am now having to pay over three to four times as much for the same service that has been offered in previous years. Some upgrades in the software... but functionally the same with little added benefit. I am severely disappointed that TurboTax has gotten to the point where they are no longer the superior offering and are just lost in the sea of online garbage tax software. I shall pay the same amount that I paid this year... and have someone do ALL the work for me next year. You've lost a life long customer.
