Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not like it used to be Had multiple problems with 2020 Turbotax this year. Had issues with program getting hung up in a Review loop. Turbotax tech support could not solve. He believed that the issue was Windows 10 was not up the latest update. Had to upgrade an older computer to Windows 10 and reinstall Turbotax. Finely got it to work. Plus, the program is more cumbersome and slow.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great - 1st issues in over 15 years I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. For the first time, I had issues with Fixes that were not clearly explained. One seemed to be a glitch in the code of Box 20 of the NYC city tax. For the first time using Turbo Tax, I needed a live turbo advisor to get me through the kinks. Hattie was great but the chat was strange because there was a huge delay in typing to be visible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So glad to have you I thought a young lady had did my taxes only to find out that she had not done them. Luckily I had started with Turbo Tax and to my surprise someone had filled out all the information for me. It only cost me 30 bucks. What a savings. Awesome!
