Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fairly good but some rough spots I got the taxes done fairly smoothly but I can see you need some work. I don't know how you pass 508 compliance given the number of screens with tab issues. Have one of your QA guys go through the entire app without touching a mouse. Another frustration is how often I entered my name and address. For the payment step, for example, you would be fairly safe assuming my name and billing address are the same as the tax return I just filled out.

I liked TurboTax, but your fees for submission are outrageous. $25 to submit a tax return to the state? poor, considering how much I already paid for the software. And when I wanted to then print a paper copy / mail - how to do that is BURIED. The options are "efile" or "file later" --- you have suggested that the ONLY way to do it is efile. For a $0 pay / $0 refund situation, there is 0 value for me in paying money to submit!!!! POOR.
