Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax Confusion I have used Turbotax for many years now with confidence. Last year was the first time I have ever had a serious problem. After completing the 2020 federal taxes and entering the credit card information my bank notified me that more money than what was owed was taken from my account for taxes. I notified Turbotax and got no response, so I notified IRS and still no response. I notified the Audit Defense and they could not help me. So I am asking Turbotax again to please help me to recover my loss.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax Online experience is disappointing I've been a long time user of the desktop application, and this is the second year I've used the online version. I was forced to use it last year because TurboTax no longer supports my MacOS version and I'm not quite ready to buy a new computer. This year I thought using the online version would be smoother the second time around, but I got tripped over by a couple of things that the Review feature couldn't easily correct and there was a surprise price hike and required upgrade when it came time to file even though the filing "situation" that triggered the required upgrade was no different from last year.
