Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use and help center is very convenient It's very easy to get help! For example, I searched for HSA, it not only provided the answers for it, but also has the Jump to HSA function for me to jump to the page directly to enter the information for HSA.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too many unnecessary Questions/Too many Upsells I am familiar with this software and have been using it for a number of years. Usually, I can say it's getting better - but not this year. I really didn't need to upgrade to a pricier "Premier" from 'Deluxe" - at least not for the reasons given on my screen about buying and selling stocks and bonds/crypto-currency etc, My situation was well in hand with the Deluxe version for $49. I really feel I got backed into something without sufficient explanation - and the virtual assistant was less than adequate in dealing with even the most rudimentary questions. I'm considering my options next year. As for the software questions; are these from the IRS or Turbo tax?It just seemed to draw out the process at the end far more than in previous years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as easy to use as it says it is I had a really hard time getting them to file. Spent a lot of Time trying to get them to send. I filed for a payment plan for my state taxes. Still don’t know if I did it right!
