Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Recommended One of the main reasons I purchase Turbo Tax was for E-Filing but it wouldn't allowed me because they haven't fix the SOS File Number issue and therefore I have to file my taxes by mail!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax shall not change GUI operation every year Bad experience, document provides as full amount of stock sell (ex 375 of ABC) , but turboTax ask me to type in the price each stock (ABC), I have to divide it, and after the review tell me the amount cannot above the FMV, (because I round up the number ex. 12.345 to 12.35), very difficult to use, shall have more than one way to enter the amount.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible handling of multiple 1098s TurboTax's explicit instructions when you have multiple 1098s affecting the same property include "get out a calculator" and merge your 1098s together. Even worse when moving primary residences. Even worse when converting former residence to a rental. Not impressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is nice Because I worked for Uber, I got the Self-Employment package for free, which was nice. I do wish it was cheaper but it is nice that they just take the cost out of your tax return if you do have to pay for it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unlock the Analysis' Taxes are taxes, but until TT allows me/us to have our final review exported and/or printed and/or emailed to oneself, then its of no value to me being locked within TT software which I only view once a year. Refund Analysis/Income Analysis/Deductions Analysis/Credits Analysis

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Most problems I've ever had Turbo Tax would not activate until I googled what was wrong and tried multiple screen resolutions. It took me hours just to open the product. From what I read online, Turbo Tax knows all about this problem and apparently it involves new computers and windows. How in the world did Turbo Tax not correct this? I am filing my taxes at the very last minute and the first thing the software did was update. Yet this problem persisted. I have been using turbo tax for many years but I may need to try a new program next year. I would have returned it and bought a different program this year if I had the time.
