Rated 1 out of 5 by from Highly dissapointed! I was expecting more guidance and more broad selection of recently asked questions. Simple things like deadlines, fees and tax brackets are not easily found or available. For a self-service program, it is not intuitive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing experience... For starters the system needs to be more "beginner" friendly. Even as a seasoned user both past and present I find each year the program gets more difficult to understand (I file as self-employed). Referrals to line items don't make sense and I find I get caught up in a black hole. Once complete, the program circles back to make sure all the information is correct. If information is missing or not correct your given a small pop up window to complete or correct a certain line item.. then sends you into a vicious cycle of no return (pardon the pun). Referrals to find information from a previous tax year is ridiculous. Usually no where to be found. Or, not applicable to your return. Very frustrating and stressful to say the least. Lastly, terribly upset for being charged for my state filing even though it was included in the software package I purchased through Amazon. I could not get the software to download for over two hours. They make it appear that it is a software issue when in reality it is a TurboTax issue. I will never use TurboTax again. This was the final straw. What should have taken a couple of hours took over five to complete. And...still not sure if it will be correct. I'll find out soon enough ...
