I had nothing out of the ordinary, didn't sell any investments or have large life events this year. Pretty frustrating to find out that other packages were $59 and I was stuck paying $119 for services I didn't use. Probably my last year using Turbo Tax...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax stuck - have to file by mail Review indicates problems that are not fixable. It runs in a loop with not indication on how to resolve. In case of federal return, a particular bank form did not have a value but the software does not accept this and forces me to File by Mail. Same scenario with a name. It feels like this is setup on purpose so I have to pay for tax advice even though it is the software and the review process that is defective

That said, it asks questions to guide you through the process, and it able to import a lot of what's needed. The new OCR for W2's this year is well implemented & saves some time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible First it made me pay for premium when I did not want to add my div info due to it being under $10 where I did not have to file. I have removed it and still had to pay for premium and then when I checked yes for pin, the system did not ask for my PIN number
