Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is terrible with the upselling Turbo Tax is ridiculous how it is constantly hitting you up to pay more for services you shouldn't need if TurboTax is a quality product. It should be criminal. best example was when I went to pay my bill to turbotax and it rolled up one amount, then I went back to make a change I forgot about, then back to paying them again - they had added some other bs $45 charge. Luckily I caught it and removed this optional (and ridiculous) charge. If people want to get upsold by turbotax and pay 100s of dollars to file, then they should just do it the old fashioned way and pay someone you can talk to directly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from paid extra never had I paid to get my taxes done I have been doing my taxes since 2017 never did I pay so much and more if I had them deposited into my bank. turbo tax pushes people to do other options when I only want it in my bank. turbo tax sucked this year for sure I won't be doing my taxes here anymore
