Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2 accounts I've used turbo tax for 3 years. Forgetfully I created a second account. I wish there was aa way to consolidate the info into the primary one and delete the other. If there is a way please email me. All of my info is correct on both (name, ssn, etc) does the tool recognize duplicates?

Being able to talk with a person and without having to go out of your way to an office!--makes the experience bearable, indeed pleasant--at least it was with my expert! One area for improvement is the submission of documents: I had problems submitting photos of required docs and the process required one too many steps--issues I did not have when I tried to upload photos in the non full service TurboTax.
