Specifically, most every screen returns you to the home screen if you launched from the Start page (instead of taking you to the next TT screen). Printing blows up the app and requires restart and recovery. Can only print from PDF copy. Test your software please. This is absurd.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Getting Better I've used this software off and on for years. Each year it improves a little bit. I always select the software from my online brokerage account to get a discount. So far I have never seen the discount applied by TurboTax. Also this year TurboTax did not recognize that I had used TurboTax last year.

One suggestion even lead me to have to start everything over...which amounted to about 2 hours of work gone down the drain. A very frustrating experience. Also, your team is not knowledgeable about your Business product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax issues or IRS issues Tried to e-file and continually received a rejection notice indicating the AGI was incorrect, attempted all day 4/18 and also on 4/19 and still received the rejection notice. Received a Tax Return Transcript from the IRS and it confirmed the AGI was correct. Gave up and mailed the returns as there was no customer service phone # to call for assistance, only if I was willing to pay more in order to talk to someone! I paid the $25 for the electronic filing fee for submittal to the state, Montana, but had to mail them in as well. I expect a refund to the $25. Late filing penalties on Turbo Tax as well.
