Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Rocks! Super awesome to be able to prepare & finalize my taxes every year. Those tax prep places just cost too much, & they can often miss things this program wont. I'm now a 37 year old man, but I've been using this program to file my taxes since I was 24 years old. That in its self tells you all you need to know... Use TurboTax people.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Experience I paid for a live expert and uploaded all the files. I talked with my live expert a few times to get my taxes filed. At the end, I had to pay out $3500, so I needed a few weeks to accumulate the funds. As I logged back in, I found that my tax return was deleted because they "didnt hear from me" and it was too late to get another expert to file. I had to do it all manually by myself. How can you delete my tax return BEFORE the tax date. Awful, awful experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can simple printing be so complicated After all the taxes then there is the adobe commercial. I downloaded all and still cannot print. It is there but the "program" simply says there is an error and does not send it to the printer

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Paying an accountant no more thanks to TurboTax! I have always paid a CPA to due my taxes as they are slightly complicated. However, this year I decided to try TurboTax. It was easy! TurboTax led me through the whole process. The UI was simply, sophisticated, and designed well. Great online product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Question5 I can't understand why TurboTax always requires me to complete Form 2210 every year even when I am getting a refund. It always checks the "C box" and my income does not vary that much through the year although in December some Mutual Funds pay higher that usual dividends.

Would not 1) load without Windows compatibility problems, 2) activate without scaling problems, 3) startup initially without updating which had Windows compatibility issues, 4) import brokerage information; had to laboriously enter everything by hand. Doesn't anybody test this before releasing it?! Worst software experience ever!
