Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Helped Reduced Stress Federal Income taxes always make me nervous. Unfortunately, they are right when they say it is almost worst then moving! Every year I owe taxes and it seems to be creeping up and up every year. I'm not very good at managing what I owe the feds each year and need to take out more in my monthly checks. Turbo Tax is super convenient but still there is the burden, inconvenience, and stress of doing taxes and worried about doing something wrong. With Turbo Tax, I feel some safety if something should go awry and hope they have my back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is the defacto standard Easier this year than in years past. Don't know exactly what changed under the hood here or in DC but the process flowed better this year. The ads to upgrade to a costlier solution, on the other hand, were more frequent as i navigated thru the return. Intuit, STOP IT, we're already paying you. don't push it. Also, 128 hits in adblock to submit?! Grow up!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from too many forms created I did not need form 8812 and 8895 and yet they are submitted as part of the tax return. We tried deleting the forms and they were still submitted anyways. also many errors on State and zip codes, we can't enter as we live outside US. Phone numbers are also US format. It's been years we used Turbotax, and these simple issues are still not fixed. And you made it more complex as now we can't efile unless using one of the state codes before allowing us to efile. It has become worse by the year, really disappointed this time.

Turbo Tax should change its advertisement to state it charges to electronically file your State Tax and that there is no charge to file the Federal Tax Forms. TurboTax should provide a free link to all States, Territories and Districts (eg. Washington, District of Columbia) of thr United Started as they do for the Federal Tax return.
