Rated 2 out of 5 by from Confusing and inconsistent As usual I had a difficult time jumping through the hoops to get taxes done. Next year I will try a different tax preparer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, consistent I have used for years without much issue. This year loaded onto a new Dell computer, using Windows 10. Had several frustrating issues. Initially, I could not open it on my computer but after several frustrating hours found some on-line (non-Intuit) guidance on how changing the resolution on my screen should help. Next, the 1099-Q guidance and input is deficient when the recipient is not the beneficiary but the funds were used for qualifying expenses--the software wanted to make the interest portion taxable. Finally, similar to initial problem, I had a heck of a time paying to file my state return because the credit card payment screen would not load. Again, lost a couple hours trying to find a solution, finally found it in on-line guidance, and discovered that the payment screen does not work well with Windows 10 and requires you to change the screen sizing/resolution. This was very disappointing and frustrating and makes me question the use of TurboTax in the future after numerous years of using it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TT could not read import my last year's filing ;-) Whoa... what happened, after many (10+) years of doing returns through TTX... this year, it could not import last year's file. Had to re-enter every detail. Not happy at all! Could have efiled directly...!
