I tried repeatedly to find certain forms need and each time the instructions told me to open my return and click "jump to ....." Had to do this at least 10 times before the "jump to" option actually showed up on the page. In addition, it appears the price has jumped up. This year I paid the exact same price I paid to a tax account a few years ago. If I had know I would have gone to the accountant and let him do all of this for me. Really see no benefit in using Turbo Tax versus paying a true accountant.

The return numbers I git were in line with what I got last year from a CPA firm so that was a excellent sign. I had thought more of the forms were up loadable. Took much longer to do but not sure that was an issue with Turbo Tax as much just the process.
