Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating I recently got married in July 2022. It was asking for my husband's income and I put exactly what his income was and just kept rejecting and finally decided to file separately due to TurboTax rejecting our information when we got it from the IRS website.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Entered information sometimes doesn't stay Overall good but I had to reenter a number of sections, especially on 1099 R's for Edward Jones. Was asked the same questions multiple times because the answers didn't save. Product is too expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Honestly worth it With the TurboTax Live Assisted Premium, I was able to actually talk with an amazing human and great tax preparer named Ray (Reimeilla) who not only guided me through screen sharing through my entire tax forms but also patiently waited for me to look up additional unanticipated information and kindly explained as we went along. I do not know which is better she saved me money or how she made me feel heard and kept things calm throughout the process. I never felt rushed, pressured, or stressed- Thanks Ray!!

Offered to let me pay for the service with my tax return, but forgot to tell me there was a $39 fee for doing so. I almost missed that. If it weren't for that practice, I'd probably have given 3 or 4 stars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from upset about extra charges I have been filing my taxes with turbo tax for well over 10 years. Every year it gets more expensive, even though my tax info is VERY simple and I don't need to pay an accountant or have the deluxe editions. this year, in order to pay for turbo with my tax deduction, you HAD to have direct deposit, and that was an additional $40 bucks. I literally made $9,000 last year. To have so many fees to file SIMPLE SIMPLE taxes, to someone BELOW the poverty line is absolutely ridiculous.

Therefore, I was in a rush to get my taxes completed before the dateline and Turbo Tax put me in Turbo mode filling out my taxes to get it done in the nick of time. It made it so easy and stress free. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 5 years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pay with Credit Card form is GARBAGE Turbo Tax software itself is fine. But after filling out all the information if you get audit defense and efile your state taxes and you choose to pay with credit card you are redirected to a separate form. This form is TOTAL GARBAGE. None of the fields autopopulate either from your tax info or from your web browser even if you have an intuit account. You need to completely fill in the idiot forms twice with all the same information. It made me angry last year but I didn't bother writing a review because I was just glad to be done with taxes, but it's the same this year.
