The state form is not working and I cannot solve the problem, the state must be efiled and it won't go with the errors - that cannot be fixed, hopefully an update will fix it before I need to send

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wohoo TurboTax is generally pricier than everything else out there, but even though confident filers may not need all the bells and whistles that most TurboTax online products offer, many people will find the experience and the availability of human help worth the extra cost. We’ve long praised TurboTax for its design and flow.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs changes I am a tax preparer and use TurboTax to prepare clients returns. I used to use ProSeries, but I retired and have just a few clients. I want to put my name and company as preparer, but it say self-prepared and cannot change it. If you have a better option, let me know.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax works with your patience and tenacity I like the process TurboTax and I especially like the ability to speak with a TurboTax employee when I have a challenge. I do not like that there are surprise charges for additional protection or services while you are doing the tax return. I'd like to be aware of these choices up front and given the opportunity choose and pay for extras after I have completed my returns

With a college student domiciled in one state, living in a second state for school with income from that state, and work in a 3rd state that did not show her domicile state on the W-2. Had to chase outside sources for information related to 1099-HC and whether W-2 must be provided for out of state income. Also found it impossible to file extensions electronically, had to print and go to the post office.
