Rated 1 out of 5 by from They charged $44 extra at the end This website required me to pay about $100 to file because I had multiple jobs and investments. I was ok with this but at the end, I was reviewing my return and was charged an extra $44 for "premium service benefits". This is ridiculous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than H&R Block We used to use H&R Block for many years, but they have become extremely difficult to use over the years. We were very please with the ease of Turbo Tax this year. The cost is a bit higher but with the ease of use... it's worth it.

I thoroughly appreciated the automatic W-2 processing available with my employers and investment company. TurboTax really just made things extremely simple and took care of keeping track of all the paperwork for me. Very Pleased!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It is what it is but better than other ones They were helpful and was able to connect efficiently. only issue is that not all devices are able to share screens with them. And I was a bit confused about having a tax expert do the taxes for me. you must let them know before starting taxes. not in the middle when you started answering your own questions. The robot doesnt help what so ever because it takes me to a list that has nothing to do with my questions every time. I entered the question in the most clearest way too and yet it didn't guess my questions right.
