Information pulled through from my federal to my state forms incorrectly. Certain information is confusing and their site provides little help to fix any problems you may run into, Many of the FAQ that the program generates do not actually provide a solution to the problem.

Got stuck in loop asking for payment fee method for a refund I didn't have!!!!!! Asks way to many times to save along the process and then takes forever to do so. Why not do it automatically in background? Asks to sell me services I don't want way to many times.
