I appreciate all the options with more info and the informational videos throughout. I also appreciate how proactive turbotax software is, acknowledging questions I might have early on and/or letting me know a certain topic (like healthcare) will come later in the process.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not quite turbo - still some improvements needed I moved states in 2020 from NY to NJ. Unfortunately TT makes you manually calculate the amount of dividends, interest etc attributable to each state. It would be much better if you could just enter the to/from dates you were in each state and TT do the calculations for you. TT also asks questions it should know the answer to already such as - "Did you take the standard deduction last year?" Ally bank auto-import only works for 1 accounts - TT misses importing the 2nd account completely. Auto-import is now trying to be smart by remembering login credentials for accounts from last year. Unfortunately though when you and your spouse both have separate accounts at Vanguard it auto-logs into my wife's account when I wanted it to import my 1099-R form!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Was Easier to Use Than Expected! Was Easier and Faster to Complete than filling out forms online on my own! Took half the time usually takes to prepare because it downloads info. into the correct places on forms for you. Computes & checks everything for you! Highly Recommend! Only a Few Hiccups!
