First call to customer service (waited 10+ minutes & then asked my question, was put on hold & then was hung up on. Second call, much more helpful but still got disconnected before I was done downloading. Overall the program is good but I still had to look up several items as it was not clear while filing through turbo tax. Sometimes wonder if it's worth paying someone to file next year, this still takes a lot of time & effort.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Consistent and easy I am a loyal Turbo Tax user because I know it will be easy to answer the tax questions and easy to file. I've tried other tax software and none of them gave me as big a refund as Turbo Tax did. It can be a little frustrating finding out where to fill out specialized forms, but in the end, TT is a no hassle way to do taxes. The only reasons it's not a 5-star review is the specialty forms frustration and the price for private business filing.
