Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comprehensive and Easy. I was dreading doing my taxes due to Covid unemployment, self employment, gig work etc. Turbo Tax made it easy to understand income and deductions and tax credits. Relieved to have it done and at a great rate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is mostly great I've been a TurboTax user for over 10 years. It's clearly my most trusted option for tax submissions. The 1 thing I expect to see during the "final review" process is a link to the best way to satisfy an error. Typically what I do is Google around for the answers to the problems the check finds. I'd happily give this product 5 stars if the direction I should take was built into the product instead of me scouring the web for an answer. To be clear, Turbotax is really good software that could be even better if my change were encorporated. Thanks!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2020 Leaves Something to Be Desired! Entering information was easy and straight forward. But I could NOT e-file my daughters' tax returns. I spent more than eight hours on the phone trying to get the problems corrected--to no avail. Finally, left without the choice to e-file, I mailed our returns this year--after paying $25 twice for e-filing state returns that I could NOT e-file. I have used TurboTax every year since it was a DOS program. This is the first time I've had problems, so viewed historically, TurboTax is quite good. But viewed currently, it sucks! Part of the fee we pay is for e-filing. When we cannot do it, some of the fees paid under the Advantage program should be refunded along with all of the charges for e-filing state returns. One added observation. TurboTax says it will charge $20 plus tax to e-file a state return. I was billed $25 plus tax per return. Why the difference and why wasn't I informed in advance?
