Rated 2 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX TOOK A LOT OF TIME AND LESS COORDINATION it took a lot of time for turbo tax agents to file my taxes , in terms of availability and finishing of the return , i myself was able to finish my return in 1-2 days but turbo tax full service agents took more than 40-50 days to finish as they were either busy or not available , agents are good and talented but their availability is a big challenge

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review We always like to use Turbo tax for our simply returns because it is free.This time it was confusing because we were trying to process 2020 return and turbo tax was adding 2021 to the same return and you could not see which return was which. They also show it was only $79 but when you processed it they charged $118 which we didnt apprciate

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product Experience Good service from Petra. Product was pretty clean but again there wasn't much in terms of being able to go back to see what I entered in the questionaire. The onboarding person who was not the CPA asked me questions which sounded like a checklist. That was way too long. I would prefer to answer those questions without having to be on the call. But again if those questions are time consuming with too many screens then I would be frustrated. So, you have to find the happy medium. Anyway, also the mesaging portal didn't have the ability to edit or post screen shots. It sucked. It did the job and did it quite well that I didn't have to jump on a call for every little thing. Would like for your experts to offer calling back when the customer is confused about something,
