Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disk would not load onto new Dell computer. Horrible. Spent over four hours on phone with 3 tech support folks trying to get TT disk to load successfully onto computer. Tech said it was mismatch between new Explorer update and Turbotax Deluxe software. Never did get it to successfully operate - would not allow validation code to be entered / validation screen totally blank

It seems like it is getting harder to file, as we have added new software purchases each of the last 2 years. I'm beginning to think we may have to hire a tax professional in the future, but have been thankful to Turbotax for helping us through the complexities...

The chat agent was a bit abrupt, but once I opted to speak to someone my concerns were handled more appropriately. The phone agents were very understanding and patient. Some specific features were unattainable on your own, you had to get someone to walk you through it.
