Easy and friendly to use.Taxes give me extreme anxiety, not because my tax situation is complicated, but just because it is stressful to find all the documents and remember online passwords to accounts and not really understanding some of the inputs. Turbo Tax - 2020 filingTurbo Tax has always been a generally good tool for my tax prep (my returns are usually not that complicated). But while doing my 2020 taxes, i experienced repeated login problems, the source of which i still do not understand... Other than that, i expect i will use Turbo Tax again in the future.
