It prompts me to enter info about my business and personal situation that is pretty easy to answer. The big disappointment, though, was when it came time to e-file. I had to pay $25 first, then find out that because I owed a $10 penalty to the state of Minnesota, the software could not process that and I'd need to mail in the return. Now I've paid and gotten nothing for that, plus I had to stand in line at the Post Office and pay additional postage. Not happy! This needs to be fixed. Any questions as to whether or not e-filing is possible need to be resolved before the customer is forced to pay.
