If gave me some categories to chose from however i really needed to ask the questions as they did not fall under any of the categories listed. However it does import information so that part is good. But it is pricy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tax return delayed 2 days til 4-20-2023 I am furious --- I was so carefully taking care of my taxes, on time. Filed ( or so I thought) to have my account debited Monday 4/27/02023, and lo and behold, I notice today in my bank account that nothing came out of it --- which led me to checking. Apparently my submission didn't go through because I had to update my software. This was a Costco package I bought in March 2023 --- yet you sold this and updated the software AFTER March 2023? Very unhappy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The tool just takes you in loops This this takes you in loops, all the help functions make you just read articles that do not really help. If you need help they require you to upgrade and pay more. This is not worth what I paid. I have used other tools in the past and have not had this much of an issue. When I actually needed help, they were not able to provide like they said they were. Just as useless as the IRS.
