Not only is it intuitive, but the help and tip screens are easy to read and understand. On the very few (only once for me) times I have needed to call for support the people at TurboTax are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly user friendly when approaching the end of the information entering, there are way too many opportunities to print and save. never quite sure when saving to PDF should be done. if you do it at the first opportunity, then later you are again directed to save to PDF, it puts in doubt whether or not it was successful the first time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is Very Good! I have been using Turbo Tax for over 40 years. It does the job and serves my purpose and helps me prepare my taxes correctly. I use to be a tax preparer with H&R Block for about 5 years. Bottom line is I trust this software and I understand how to use it.
