Rated 1 out of 5 by from Always Problems with TurboTax & Always No Support My experience is with TurboTax is that there is always some bug, defect or other problem. This year I was unable to download my W-2. Last year, the Windows version crashed when deductions were entered so I had to buy the Mac version (so I paid 2X for TurboTax). I tried getting support by emailing and calling TurboTax but their support has always been terrible. Next year going to buy HR Block's tax software.
